How they work

·         Evaporator

·         Condenser

The most defining feature of air-cooled systems is their condenser. This is because air-cooled condensers come with fans, which move air across the components. As a result, unwanted heat is removed from the system, and the cooling cycle is restarted.

·         Expansion valve

Finally, air-cooled chilling systems use an expansion valve to expand the refrigerant, allowing it to change from a liquid phase to a gaseous phase.
